Customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs in cases where the error is confirmed to be ours.

A shipment is considered lost only if confirmed by the carrier after investigation.
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered, and Korvex is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery confirmation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery location is secure.
9. Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Abuse
Korvex actively monitors transactions to prevent fraud and abuse of buyer protection systems.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks when evidence confirms:
- Successful payment authorization
- Verified billing and shipping information
- Valid shipment with tracking
- Confirmed delivery by the carrier
- Customer acceptance of store policies
Customers agree to contact Korvex customer support first to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Failure to do so may delay resolution and may be reported to the payment provider as misuse of dispute systems.
10. Limitation of Liability
