1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which may include tracking information when available.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Korvex ships internationally to many countries. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
- North America: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Latin America: 10–20 business days
- Asia: 7–20 business days
- Africa & Oceania: 10–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Due to the nature of international logistics, delivery may occasionally take up to 30 business days depending on customs processing, carrier operations, or regional logistics conditions.
Orders are considered within the normal delivery window until 30 business days after dispatch.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
From time to time, Korvex may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website.
4. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to additional charges, including:
- Import duties
- Customs fees
- Value-added tax (VAT) or local taxes
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Korvex has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Customers are encouraged to check with their local customs authority for further information before placing an order.
5. Tracking Information
When available, tracking information will be sent via email after dispatch.
Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear in the carrier’s system.
During this time, tracking statuses such as:
- “Shipment information received”
- “Label created”
- “Parcel data received”
do not indicate that the package has not been shipped.
In some regions, tracking updates may be limited once the parcel enters the local delivery network.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Korvex is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the shipment, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.
7. Delivery Delays
While Korvex works with reliable international logistics partners, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Customs inspections
- Carrier operational delays
- Severe weather conditions
- Transportation disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Force majeure events
Korvex cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Customer support remains available to assist with shipment monitoring when necessary.
8. Lost or Undelivered Packages
A shipment is considered lost only after confirmation from the carrier following a formal investigation.

Depending on the outcome, Korvex may offer:
- A replacement shipment

All resolutions are subject to verification by the carrier.
9. Proof of Delivery
Delivery is considered complete when the carrier tracking confirms the package as “Delivered.”
This may include delivery to:
- Mailbox
- Porch
- Reception
- Neighbor
- Secure location designated by the carrier
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, Korvex is not responsible for:
- Theft
- Loss after delivery
- Misplacement by third parties
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery location is secure.
